Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Mint Cub, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Technical Specifications & Brand Clarification
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, age recommendations, dimensions, and pricing. Independent Early Learning Brand Notice: Mint Cub is an independent designer and retailer of children's toys, learning sets, and infant dining essentials. Mint Cub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Lovevery, Mushie, Liewood, Hape, Melissa & Doug, or PlanToys. Any comparative references are made strictly for developmental stage clarification, material safety comparisons, and consumer guidance. Mint Cub reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Child Safety, Adult Supervision & Maintenance Advisory
MANDATORY ADULT SUPERVISION & CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: While our wooden toys and infant accessories are engineered according to stringent safety benchmarks, child play must always occur under direct adult supervision. Certain building sets or manipulatives contain smaller parts strictly rated for children 36 months of age and older. Inspect items routinely for dropped fractures, chipped surfaces, or loose fittings; discard damaged items immediately. Care & Cleaning Notice: 100% silicone items are top-rack dishwasher and steam-sterilizer safe. Natural beechwood elements MUST NEVER be submerged in water, boiled, or placed in dishwashers, as water saturates and warps timber grains; wipe wood clean with a damp cloth and air dry completely. Mint Cub is not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised play, the introduction of age-inappropriate toys to children under 3 years old, or structural wood damage caused by water soaking.
